Job Description
- Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our food and beverage clients.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the product design process.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for both mobile and web platforms of our POS system.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and development team to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Advocate for UX best practices and ensure accessibility standards are met in all designs.
