Position Overview:

As a Junior Salesforce Developer you will play a critical role in developing and customizing Salesforce applications to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with senior developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements design solutions and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior developers and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce applications.
   
2. Design and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative development tools such as Lightning App Builder Process Builder and Flow.
   
3. Customize Salesforce functionality using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet specific business requirements.
   
4. Assist in the implementation and integration of thirdparty applications plugins and APIs within the Salesforce ecosystem.
   
5. Perform unit testing and support system testing to ensure highquality code and application functionality.
   
6. Participate in code reviews identify areas for improvement and suggest best practices to optimize code quality and performance.
   
7. Support the deployment of Salesforce applications to production environments and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
   
8. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce platform features enhancements and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions and improvements.
   
9. Contribute to documentation efforts including technical specifications user guides and training materials.
   
10. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including project managers business analysts and quality assurance professionals to deliver successful projects within defined timelines.
    

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
   
2. Familiarity with Salesforce platform including declarative development tools (Lightning App Builder Process Builder Flow) and programming languages (Apex Visualforce).
   
3. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g. React Angular) is a plus.
   
4. Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest Salesforce features tools and best practices.
   
5. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and apply them effectively.
   
6. Strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
   
7. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
   
8. Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Certified Administrator) are desirable but not mandatory.
