Role & responsibilities
Help production manager in running jewellery manufacturing operation from material issue and control to controlling production queue.
Support datadriven culture Develop reports on production quality assurance capacity and material planning
Understand the materials really well should learn to identify and sort gemstones so that the output passes quality assurance tests
Aid in development of quality assurance frame Develop and execute final and inprocess statistical quality assurance plan and execute it on a daily basis
Preferred candidate profile
A bachelors graduate degree in mathematics/ engineering/ science with at least 65% mark or equivalent CGPA. Good academic performance in classes X &XII will be a plus.
Willingness to develop understanding if science in jewellery making. Your heart has to be in this pursuit!
Ability to analyze data good numerical aptitude is essential
Ability to communicate and collaborate both verbally and in writing
