Coordinate, advise, train and coach resources across the Department on the purpose and requirements of the KPIs and act as a Custodian of the Department’s Key Performance Indicators.
Coordinate with relevant staff responsible for KPIs performance (in Sections and external service providers) to collect base KPI data and supporting evidence.
Collaborate with stakeholders and reporters (internal and external) to agree levels of performance.
Analyze KPIs performance and identify trends from base data.
Support and provide insight to management on potential areas for improvements in processes, procedures, and general operating practice.
Maintain KPI reporting on a regular basis and advise management and responsible reporters of any changes in requirements.
Prepare various regular reports including internal Departmental KPI Reports (monthly), ad hoc reports as required.
Organize and lead KPIs Forum meetings and provide a secretarial service.
Attend, participate and contribute to team and project meetings as required.
Perform other duties/ tasks as required.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or relevant field
10-12 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field in large infrastructure projects
Experience in tracking and monitoring department’s KPI
Ability to produce executives’ reports is compulsory.
Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within the Organization.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
