Engineer for Video:

Someone who understands video hardware software networking and how these three components interact is crucial. As we migrate our teams to a new cloudbased system its important to identify potential issues and understand the impacted workflows. Ideally this person would also comprehend the downstream path of video publishing including the frontend experience (such as players etc.).

We need someone who can grasp the limitations and flexibilities of MAM systems especially Mimir. This includes any tools that integrate with it such as Adobe Premiere Getty external feeds etc.

Additionally it would be ideal if they could advise us on best development practices. Currently our reliance on the MAM vendor for feature development and fixes has left us without clear guidance on our preferred architecture and infrastructure requirements.
