Role: Network security with a good understanding of Firewall and the rule review process (L3 level)

Location: Plano TX Hybrid role:3 days Onsite(Tue/Wed & Thur) and 2 days remote

Job Description:

Mandatory Firewall platforms (Fortinet ASA Palo Alto Checkpoint any two are preferred)

Note:Should have good understanding of Firewall and the rule review process.

• Advanced Knowledge on Firewall platforms (Fortinet ASA Palo Alto Checkpoint any two are preferred) running routing protocols and next gen features sure as IPS and Application detection rules.
• Firewall deployment/configuration experience and troubleshooting application connectivity.
• Strong understanding of general networking and design (Firewalls Routing Load Balancing OSI Model TCP/IP Packet trace and analysis)
• Understanding of SMTP (RFC 821/5321) TLS DNS and related standards
• Intermediate Linux Sysadmin experience.
• Must have strong customer handling experience.
• Must have strong experience in handling the escalations.
• Interpersonal skills communication flexibility selfdriven team player
• Project Management skills and experience working on enterprise level projects.
• Create review maintain operational documentation and provide training on new procedures to lowerlevel support teams.
