Job Description
Job Summary:
Implements highquality physical therapy services for patients caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and Feufos policies and procedures. Develops treatment plans supervises assistants and aides contributes to case management and provides quality patient care. Maintains positive interactions with Feufos clients and facilities enhancing client relations.
Essential Functions:
Understand appropriate state Practice Act and adhere to the laws governing physical therapy practice.
Review Clinical Operations Policies & Procedures Manual annually and adhere to the policies and procedures set forth.
Complete all required compliance trainings and adhere to standards set forth in regulatory requirements.
Evaluate treat and document patient needs clearly and comprehensively.
Maintain ongoing documentation of goals progress and medical necessity.
Ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
Communicate effectively with coworkers physicians patients and thirdparty payors.
Attend facility meetings as directed and complete continuing education coursework.
