Responsibilities
- Installation: Install and commission equipment at client sites according to specifications and guidelines.
- Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Repairs: Diagnose and rectify equipment faults promptly to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone email or onsite visits to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Training: Train clients on proper equipment operation maintenance procedures and safety protocols to optimize performance and longevity.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities including service reports maintenance logs and spare parts inventory.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively.
- Product Improvement: Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance reliability and areas for improvement.
