TPL RMC is a 100% owned subsidiary of TPL Properties Limited (TPLP) and was established to capitalize on the sustainable real estate development and management expertise of its parent company.

TPL RMC launched its first fund REIT Fund I the Sustainable Development Fund which is a portfolio of diverse real estate asset classes in Pakistan all targeting to be LEED Certified. The mission of the Fund is to decarbonize Pakistans cities through sustainable and climate focused developments supporting technology ecosystems heritage and the environment. The projects aim to uplift living standards and address the shortfall in commercial and residential properties due to rapid urbanization in Pakistan.

TPL RMCs foreign subsidiary TPL Investment Management (TPL IM) is the fund manager registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market operating with a 3c fund manager license.

TPL RMC is currently seeking a talented Senior Investment Lead to join its dynamic team.

Knowledge and Skill Requirement

• Bachelors in Finance/Accounting/Economics
• CFA Level 2 preferred
• Minimum three (3) years experience in corporate finance transaction advisory investment banking or a research firm
• Market research financial modelling financial analysis and due diligence
• Strong communication interpersonal skills and analytical skills
• Knowledge of realestate markets valuation methods and industry best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze all aspects of the local and international real estate market by conducting thorough research
• Evaluate potential realestate acquisitions prepare comprehensive financial models and implement investment appraisal techniques to assess the financial feasibility of investment opportunities
• Prepare investment presentations and reports for senior management and investors
• Prepare company industry and economic outlooks analytical reports briefing notes and correspondence
• Assist senior management in capital raising activities and maintain strong correspondence with debt and equity financiers
• Execute adhoc assignments such as yearly budgets credit rating and financial due diligence
