Customer Service Rep Bilingual

We are hiring a Customer Service Rep Bilingual for one of our clients in Trenton NJ.

Job Description:

• Customer Service email and phone
• English and Spanish are mandatory and candidates should be proficient in speaking and writing both languages.
• General Duties & Qualifications include the following at a minimum Knowledge of basic office equipment including a personal computer telephone and headset.
• Ability to communicate and write information accurately.
• Ability to deal with people patiently.
• Ability to proofread and correct errors.
• Handle large accounts or more difficult issues.
• Lead teach guide and/or motivate teams.

Skills required:

• Bilingual Spanish in both medium speech and writing
• MS Office
• SAGE; EXCEL

Experience required:

• Customer service helpful.

Work hours:

• 9 am 5 pm
• Lunch Hours: 121 (Unpaid)
