Job Description
Duration: 6 month contracttohire
Location: Austin Texas
Working Location: Remote in Texas
Pay: $25/HR W2
Technical Business Analyst Responsibilities
The Technical Business Analyst will support the Education Technology Team within the Case Management practice.
Responsibilities:
Expect to play an active role in a wide range of work assignments around the successful completion of Technology tasks from start to finish.
- Facilitate software development life cycle (SDLC) activities
o Coordinates and facilitates functional and technical requirement gathering sessions.
o Translates business requirements into proposed designs/documents and communicates designs to clients and across internal PCG teams and partners.
o Creates functional specifications (as well as any other documentation needed) to clearly denote scope and requirements to development and QA teams.
o Creates wireframes or prototypes using Axure RP or related tools.
o Coordinates with system developers QA teams and user focus groups to ensure strong communication and feedback loops to inform continual system improvement.
o Develops streamlines and actively participates in user acceptance testing procedures and scripts in areas of assigned focus and responsibility
- Assists with internal trainings for new features Train the Trainer.
- Assists with writing user stories for new features.
- Assists product development and R&D with client focus groups on features/topics if needed.
- Assists with product troubleshooting and triage when required and appropriate.
- Prepares and posts defects/support requests. Manages through to completion and release.
- Support teams with new state implementations new feature configurations and new project rollouts as appropriate.
