Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness and equity.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends preferences and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment of brand objectives with product offerings.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels including digital print and social media.
- Manage advertising budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track brand performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
- Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets influencers and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to execute brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in brand marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience in brand management marketing or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques.
- Previous experience in consumer goods retail or similar industries is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working days Mon to Fri (9.30am to 6.30pm)
