Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the finance and accounting functions within the organization.
Develop and implement financial policies procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Provide strategic financial planning and analysis to support business decisionmaking processes.
Prepare and present financial reports budgets and forecasts to senior management and key stakeholders.
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial reviews ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting including monthend and yearend closing activities.
Monitor cash flow manage working capital and optimize financial resources to support business objectives.
Conduct financial risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends regulations and best practices to ensure the companys financial health.
Requirements:
CA CMA is a plus
1020 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
Significant experience in the manufacturing domain is essential.
Strong knowledge of financial principles accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a finance team.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
