Equipment Controller

•Acts as focal point between Customers and Asset Mgmt department for communicating the equipments and vehicle
Problems , repair timeline , and expressing customer concerns to technical maintenance team.
•Handle telephone and personal inquiries from customers, and support the Planning & Technical teams at various
Workshops managing by Asset Management for providing their required data such as an equipment’s problems,
Running hours, work completion details , etc.
•Prepare and follow-up preventive and predictive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability.
•Conduct daily meetings with the relevant personnel in operations/equipment owner/technical maintenance team and
Then update the daily work status report to ensure customer satisfaction
•Assist Supervisor - Planning & Control for the reconciliation of Master Asset List
•Attend to calls received regarding breakdown of equipment, and inform the relevant personnel or, when outside help
Is needed, find service providers to handle the work to facilitate quick corrective actions.
•In coordination with the Asset Management supervisors and manager, resolve Customer Complaints and ensure
Customer has positive ownership experience.
•Regularly follow up with foreman/supervisor and technicians on ongoing repair works and update Customer
•Open Job Cards in oracle system with exact details providing by customer and hand over to maintenance

•Assist workshop supervisor to Processes warranty claims and completes the documents required to process the
Claims, forwards them to the manufacturer/supplier and follows up.
•Closure of completed work orders in oracle system along with the Invoicing for completed work orders.
•Preparing Daily equipment status report for updating to BU heads and relevant stakeholders
•Gather and monitor gauge readings from vehicles & equipment to collect data for PPMSC & Trend analysis.
•Publishing Load Tests Documentation for equipments on monthly basis and monitoring 3rd Party certifications for all
