Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build and maintain employer relationships in Australia with the aim of placing IT resources into Contract and Permanent employment.
- Find Leads through various channels on who is employing.
- Will be communicating with potential employers through various business channels
- Develop and maintain employer and community networks
- Work alongside recruiters to place participants into suitable employment
- Revel in a fastpaced and challenging environment
- Negotiate with employers to ensure the success of job placements
- Comply with compliance and database input requirements
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Have worked in the Australian market as a BDM in IT recruiting and outsourcing.
- Ability to bring in new clients and business for our company
- Ability to work in the Australian timezone
- Excelling English communication skills. (Speaking and Writing)
- Ability to prepare marketing material and experience in various ways of advertising
- Should have the ability to bring in new business
KPI:
- Daily minimum 10 leads added to database
- Call minimum 20 leads per day
- 1 Conversion from lead to prospect per month (from second month)
- Negotiate with existing customers on new requirements
Additional Job Details:
Setup and Location: WFH Ortigas Alabang Pampanga or Cebu
Work Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM Manila time / 9:00 AM 5:00 PM AU Eastern Time
Employment Type: Fulltime
All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
