We are looking for a Project Manager to support the Contract Delivery Manager in managing the operation for an assigned programme within a distribution area. Take responsibility for driving programme delivery for both self contract KPI targets and cutting teams.
Ensure work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety environment quality customer service and profitability. Drive consistency and innovation through everything you do to ensure Ground Control are the best at what we do!
What you will achieve.
- Successful undertaking and completion of all Project Manager duties for your allocated works.
- Responsible for outputs and performance within your projects measured against safety quality production budget required timings and client satisfaction.
- Ensure efficient communication with your assigned Project Coordinator and relevant action taken to ensure projects are processed in good time for smooth and efficient project delivery on all projects.
- Timely and effective reporting and communication through to your CDM.
- Ensure your assigned cutting teams have a suitable work bank and are being fully utilised across the wider contract.
- Update and manage the Work Programme SD Programme Held Up Programme Planning checklists and all similar programmes for your project and assigned teams.
- Satisfactorily resolving any HeldUp spans that need client resolution to obtain consent.
