Join Our Mission to Fight Climate Change as our Customer Success Lead

Want to be part of one of Europes fastest growing climate tech startups We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Lead to play an elementary role in helping us transform every company into a sustainable business with critical responsibility and influence on our product and overall venture development.

In this key role you will lead our team of Customer Success Managers guiding them in providing unparalleled support to our customers on their climate journey. Youll oversee the strategic development and execution of climate objectives data requirements and carbon reduction initiatives.

Your leadership will be instrumental in driving team performance and enhancing customer success ensuring significant carbon reductions are achieved across customer value chains.

Tasks

Who you are:

  • Your strong communication skills enable you to explain complex topics clearly give guidance on the process and organize meetings that cater to various stakeholders (e.g. Clevel sustainability department and internal team members.)
  • You enjoy adapting to change and working in a datadriven approach
  • You empower your team to do their best work and value open communication
  • Being in the weeds is something you are happy to do while focusing on building a successful and welloiled Customer Success machine
  • Most of all you care deeply about climate action and love contributing your skills to create real impact

What you will do:

  • Your Leadership & Team Management capability will inspire lead and expand a fast growing Customer Success & Support team of 5 ensuring alignment with our mission and business goals
  • You will own and drive the improvement of our Renewal Rate & Net Dollar Retention keeping a meticulous eye on Key Team Metrics.
  • Craft implement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction retention and success
  • Oversee the management of customer relationships ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support fostering strong Customer Engagement
  • Collaborate with our Product and Sales teams to incorporate and integrate feedback and customer insights into data driven product improvements and innovations to drive value for Cozero and our customersAct as a climate action advocate educating customers and promoting sustainable practices across industries

Requirements

What were looking for:

  • Proven track record in Customer Success and Enterprise Account Management in a fastpaced B2B SaaS tech ideally in a sustainabilityfocused environment
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams towards high performance
  • Project management skills with experience driving change in fast growing environments with the ability to inspire teams to carry the change
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both Clevel executives and operational teams.
  • Ability to build strong and long lasting relationships internally and externally while putting the Customers Success first
  • Bachelors or Masters in Sustainability Environmental Science or related fields or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
