As Koalects new (Senior) Fundraising Solutions Consultant (f/d/m) this is exactly what you can expect. As part of our Western Europe Sales Team you will be responsible for the development of our Dutchspeaking markets i.e. Flanders (BE) and the Netherlands. You will help organisations achieve their fundraising potential by providing expertise and with the help of our fundraising technology.

Your mission

As our new Dutch speaking Fundraising Solutions Consultant (f/m/d) you

• Love to communicate clearly and effectively: You identify new leads and partnerships approach them in a goaloriented way and ensure diligent followups
• Enjoy the combination of the tried the tested and the new: You handle our sales support operations within the established Belgian market while helping us developing the Dutch market where you drive business development initiatives for the market entry
• Like to work thoroughly and accurately: You provide valuable insights to our sales support teams and keep our CRM updated
• Like to share your knowledge: You provide expertise in fundraising consultancy by facilitating strategic workshops with our changemakers. You help develop their strategy and analyse their evolution based on extensive data dashboards and your expertise
• Become our changemakers entrusted fundraising technology consultant: You master the strategies behind different fundraising techniques and develop an in depth understanding of our fundraising technology

Your profile

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Economical Sciences or similar degrees
• You have already gained at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position with a proven track record of sales success
• You are experienced in (digital) fundraising and SaaS
• You have a very good technical understanding and are familiar with CRMs /ERP and payment technologies
• You are a team player and have excellent communication skills
• You are fluent in Dutch and English written and spoken (at least C1)
• You are willing to travel between Belgium & the Netherlands occasionally for customer appointments

Nice to have:

• Good communication skills in French
• Knowledge of the online fundraising market and digital fundraising tools (epayment peertopeer and employee giving solutions as well as terminal and facetoface products)
