You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Develop and maintain technical learning paths for the incident management teams in different Data, voice and cloud tracks
• Identify knowledge gaps within the operations area , analyze training needs and set up a training plan
• Conduct performance quality review of all team members to ensure operation standards and KPIs are met.
• Provide technical coaching for existing incident management team members on regular basis with providing monthly quality reports on the performance on individual level
• Provide Mentoring and Coaching of new comers to ensure a smooth transition from learning environment to daily production environment
• Verifies up-to-date information, process improvement, and Customer support effectively.
