Peritoneal Dialysis patients at Rehab needing to be disconnected in the A.M. will be performed by Second Call. Third Call will arrive no later than 0800 and will start in ER/ICU and in isolation patient s rooms one to one. Hemodialysis treatments at Rehab will be dialyzed by third call or by first or second call if there are no other patients in the Main Campus. Day Call will arrive no later than 0800 and will start in ER/ICU and in isolation patient s rooms one to one. Day call will be the first to be flexed out and so forthNight Shift We cover the needs of the hospital 24/7 so staff may be called in if emergentPatient Ratios Patients out of critical areas ratio is 1 dialysis RN to 2 patients (1:2) or up to 1:4 with Dialysis Tech.
