Position Summary: The ROI Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing facilities management contractors across multiple locations in Ireland. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing operational efficiency ensuring service excellence and driving the achievement of key performance indicators. Regional travel is an integral part of this role as it involves monitoring and coordinating activities at different facilities within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contractor Management:
- Collaborate with facilities management contractors to ensure they adhere to service level agreements and deliver highquality services.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to assess contractor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Operational Excellence:
- Implement and maintain best practices in facilities management across the region.
- Work closely with contractors to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and expectations.
- Address client concerns and proactively seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of regional staff providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Budget Oversight:
- Manage the budget for the region ensuring financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with finance teams to analyse budget variances and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all facilities within the region comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and promote a culture of safety among staff and contractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Business or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in facilities management with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of contract management budgeting and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
