Role Training CoOrdinator Fresher Induction
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute the training programs endtoend including designing planning and implementation.
Plan and execute the skill assessments process.
Build the dashboard and MIS reports for sharing the progress of training batches.
Manage training facilities and develop month wise training schedule.
Develop rationalize and manage vendor partners for effective fresher induction training program outcomes.
Work with business units for feedbacks learning effectiveness and improvising costeffective and customized fresher induction trainings
Skills:
Good coordination and facilitation skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to derive meaningful insights out of the training batch data.
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in flexi timings and travel across locations for short duration when required Associates with the Technical background be an added advantage.
Good command over Microsoft Office Tools (MS Excel MS Word & MS Power Point)
Good Presentation skills
