As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will oversee the efficient and accurate management of the Accounts Receivable process. This includes monitoring and reconciling customer accounts to ensure timely payment collection as well as promptly generating and sending invoices to clients.

Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift Mon Fri 05:30 AM 02:30 PM
Work setup: Onsite Makati /Quezon City

What do you need to succeed
  • Bachelor s degree in accounting finance or a related field.
  • 35 years of relevant experience in accounting with a strong emphasis on Accounts Receivable.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Excel is mandatory.
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Query.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
  • Proactive problemsolving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting processes and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other accounting software and tools.

  • Manage the Accounts Receivable process efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitor and reconcile customer accounts ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Generate and send invoices to clients promptly.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update accounting databases as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve billingrelated concerns.
  • Prepare and analyze A/R reports to assess the companys financial performance.
  • Prepare accounting journals reconciliations and other adhoc reports.
  • Assist with monthend closing activities and financial reporting.
