Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Position: Junior Legal Counsel
Sector: Financial Services
Start Date: April 2024
Duration: 3 months
Utilization: 80100%
Location: Zurich
Salary: CHF
Tasks
- Conducting comprehensive reviews of contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws/regulations.
- Assisting senior legal counsel in drafting negotiating and finalizing contracts agreements and other legal documents.
- Researching and analyzing legal issues statutes regulations and precedent cases to support legal opinions and decisions.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters and legal implications.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities and initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate and organized documentation of contracts and legal correspondence.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German
- Resident in Switzerland
- Completed legal degree (MLaw)
