Tasks

• Conducting comprehensive reviews of contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws/regulations.
• Assisting senior legal counsel in drafting negotiating and finalizing contracts agreements and other legal documents.
• Researching and analyzing legal issues statutes regulations and precedent cases to support legal opinions and decisions.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters and legal implications.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities and initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate and organized documentation of contracts and legal correspondence.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• Completed legal degree (MLaw)
