Tasks

• Draft review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including but not limited to vendor contracts licensing agreements and service agreements.
• Assess legal risks and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate risks effectively while supporting business objectives.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with business teams to ensure contracts align with company policies regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on relevant laws regulations and industry trends impacting commercial transactions and IT agreements.
• Manage and resolve contract disputes including claims breaches and terminations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement contract management processes to enhance efficiency and compliance across the organization.

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland or Germany
• Fluency in English and German
• Bar admission is a plus.
• Min. 10 years of PQE as an inhouse legal counsel
• Expertise in commercial and IT law
