- Responsible for the implementation of Yazaki System within the Plant organization.
- Responsible for creating yearly NYS & MOTO “Shop Floor Fundamentals” Policies in accordance with Yazaki Standards & YEMEA Organization direction.
- Establish a culture of problem solving and root cause analysis across the whole organization.
- Enable utilization of the appropriate problem-solving methodologies through theoretical, practical trainings & Leaders coaching.
- Recognize and visualize inefficiencies, identify opportunities & work with stakeholders on solutions for KPIs improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams through trainings and workshops to ensure NYS mindset and culture to drive business growth.
- Direct the Plant organization’s entire processes for identifying and developing NYS skills.
Training Center & Production Resources Qualifications:
- Responsible for the “Training center/ Mini-factory” standard set-up in line with Yazaki Standards.
- Lead the “Production Trainers - OLS” Team & Ensure their qualification & knowledge.
- Ensure the adherence to all training stages including On Job Training in production.
- Ensure the Planning of Operators Licensing, Validation & Retraining of operators when required.
