Social Media and Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media and Digital Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence crafting engaging content and executing targeted digital advertising campaigns to achieve our brand awareness and lead generation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing objectives.
  
• Manage our social media channels including creating and scheduling engaging content (text images videos) across platforms like Facebook Instagram Twitter etc.
  
• Analyze social media performance metrics identify trends and optimize content strategy for improved engagement and community growth.
  
• Develop and manage targeted digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Ads) ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  
• Monitor campaign performance analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
  
• Stay uptodate on the latest social media trends and digital advertising platforms.
  

Requirements

• It is a work from home position for candidates based in Pakistan.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field with 3 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising.
  
• Proven experience in creating engaging social media content including copywriting image editing and video editing skills (a plus).
  
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Ads) and proven ability to create and manage successful ad campaigns.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  
• Creative passionate and resultsoriented with a keen eye for detail.
  
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms (e.g. Hootsuite Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
