Responsibilities;

• Respond to incoming events from tracking units by contacting clients to confirm or verify that all is in order with vehicle
  
• Attend to inbound calls from clients testing units or requesting positions on vehicles
  
• Attend to client queries
  

Requirements

Certificate/ Diploma holder (preferable in IT)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

2 years Call Centre experience

Vehicle Tracking Industry Experience advantageous

Strong communication skills
