As a Systems Administrator you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all Infrastructure equipment ensuring smooth operation and performing necessary maintenance and repairs when required. Additionally you will troubleshoot connection problems with branches applications and other systems proactively identifying and resolving issues. • The System Administrator role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in monitoring alerts via email and network monitoring tools for network device issues. The ideal candidate should be able to reboot equipment as a frontline response and contact branches to troubleshoot hardware or software issues. Basic knowledge of servers ports and switches is essential for this position.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science from an accredited institution or a related degree is a plus.
  
• 13 years of experience in Systems Network or other related IT Administration.
  
• Network Microsoft Certifications or other industry certifications are a plus.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Administration User account management (adding/removing users mailbox management).
  
• Knowledge of AWS Administration is a plus.
  
• 13 years of experience in VDI Administration is a plus.
  
• Proven experience in tracking and maintaining accurate logs and records.
  
• Organized and efficient serviceoriented and attentive to details.
  
• High level of interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with others.
  
• Ability to work independently on projects.
  
• Must be able to quickly grasp issues and have a growth mindset to learn new technology.
  
• Exercise good judgment and possess strong character motivation and a strong work ethic.
  
• Ability to work well with fellow associates clients and vendors.
  
• Good communication skills and maintain neat clean and healthy work habits.
  
• Education: System Administrator Network Engineer.
  
• Plus: Azure AWS Palo Alto Lan autopilot.
  
• English Level: C1 C2.
  

• Manage and maintain all Infrastructure equipment and perform maintenance and repairs when required
  
• Troubleshoot connection problems with branches applications and contact vendors or providers when needed.
  
• Assist with new branch network set up move and/or tear downs as needed.
  
• Monitor systems for outages and provide updates and details on outages to needed members of staff and managers
  
• Build and deploy infrastructure as needed across branches and cloud platforms
  
• Manage Evergreen Home Loans platforms to include but not limited to: Active Directory Azure Directory AWS services various SaaS platforms and make suggestions for improvement and efficiency
  
• Manage backup methodology and test on at least annual basis
  
• Manage network architecture and measure efficiency
  
• Make recommendations and research on how to grow the environment from a systems and network perspective highlighting efficiency
  
• Assist with reporting metrics on uptime of services and recommend improvements to the environment
  
• May occasionally perform special projects.
