Job Description
This is a remote position.

Resposabilities
Resposabilities
Design develop and execute test plans and test cases for web mobile and API
applications.
Perform thorough integration testing using APIs ensuring seamless communication
between different platforms.
Identify and report bugs and defects through a designated bug tracking system (e.g.
Jira ADO).
Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to understand product
requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues early in the development process.
Stay uptodate with the latest QA methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
35 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
Experience testing web mobile and/or API applications (a plus for all three).
Strong understanding of integration testing principles and methodologies.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Proficient in writing clear and concise test cases.
Experience with Jira and/or ADO for bug tracking (preferred).
Previous experience with TestRail (a plus).
Experience working in the HCM (Human Capital Management) industry (a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
Integration of the client´s HCM core platform with 3rd party systems like: Greenhouse Earned Wage Access / Daily Pay ACA (SyncStream) Workers Comp PayGo.
Experience with automation testing tools (e.g. Selenium Cypress).
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter LoadRunner).
Experience with cloudbased testing platforms (e.g. Sauce Labs BrowserStack).
