Job Description

Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Wakefield
Salary: £23000 basic
£2400 in commission annually
45p per mile car allowance
Mon – Thu 9am – 5:30pm Friday 9am 5:00pm


We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our clients busy residential team in Wakefield. Our client is a well recognised agency established across the UK.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations conduct property viewings negotiate offers agree sales/lets & progress sales though to exchange and completion.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
  • Good customer care skills
  • Previous Sales and/or Lettings experience
  • Resilient positive organised numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office internet email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Good Knowledge of the local area
