Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of a Data Entry Associate is to prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities as instructed by the Team Leader. The role must ensure the accuracy of all data and other related information.
Responsibilities:
- Perform fast and accurate data entry of all information as assigned
- Process the documentation received in accordance to the agreed service standards and established policies and procedures
- Check verify and correct source documents for accuracy
- Update and maintain information on computer systems and archives
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion over sensitive documents
- Knowledgeable with correct spelling grammar and punctuation
Secondary/Adhoc Tasks:
- Perform new projects adhoc tasks and special projects as directed by the Client/Management
- Assist in teammates in other tasks and deliverables o Back filler in case of shortage in manpower on other team/tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree or undergraduate with relevant work experience preferred
- At least 1year data entry/nonvoice BPO experience
- Expertise in using MS Excel and MS Word with at least a typing speed of 50 wpm
- Information collection and management
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- With good communication skill
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 7AAM4PM
- Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati office as required
