Responsibilities:
- Design furniture millwork and architectural elements per client needs.
- 3D model and create realistic renders for design proposals.
- Create detailed shop drawings to communicate overall design design details and materiality.
- Help clients solve issues related to space planning and code clearances.
- Assist with the development of other customerfacing documents including design presentations furniture specification booklets company portfolios etc.
- Help with light marketing activities. Occasional social media/brand management activities posting photos to Instagram etc.
Requirements
- Timeliness/responsiveness to emerging needs
- Fluent English
- Ability to read Architectural and Millwork drawings
- Proficiency in CAD Software such as Rhino (both 2D drawing and 3D modeling required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop)
- Ability to produce realistic renderings using software such as Enscape or Lumion
- Knowledge of VRay or Blender a plus
- Strong knowledge of Google Documents (Google Docs Google Sheets Google Slides)
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work on a US Shifting Schedule
