We are looking for an operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an online retail business. You will be in charge of managing inventory optimizing product listings and ensuring the website is running smoothly. Additionally you will be responsible for customer service order fulfillment and shipping logistics.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce(Amazon Walmart ETSY) with a focus on operational efficiency. You should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams to ensure the success of the business. Requirements
People Management :
Lead a very team of listing Logistics Account Health and customer service teams across 2 tier team of Team Leads (TLs) and warrant an efficient and healthy work environment
Manage the on boarding and training activities for TLs and executives and ensure that they follow the required guidelines while performing different tasks.
Ensure prompt responses to queries /concerns raised by the TLs and executives thereby clearing doubts/ apprehensions if any
Monitor the performance metrics of different reporting teams and take necessary actions to improve the same.
Proactively address performance fluctuations ensuring timely and effective action is taken to maintain or enhance sales.
Host weekly biweekly or monthly calls to discuss overall performance explore opportunities for growth and address any challenges or concerns.
Client Experience :
Ensure adherence to the Service Level Agreements as informed to the customer.
Liaison with client relationship team to ensure seamless customer experience
Process and compliance :
Help build and implement SOPs. Manage workflow and day to day operations
Strategize and Execute central initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations
Special Projects Manage/ Contribute to Special projects such as launching new cities building new supply chain etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
Leadership and Collaboration: Experience leading crossfunctional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Strategic Thinking: Ability to strategically manage and optimize product portfolios to drive profitability and meet business objectives.
3 to 5 years in leading ecommerce operations Proven experience in inventory management logistics and listing operations
Exceptional problemsolving abilities knowledge of customer service best practices
Ability to analyze data and create reports Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Keen attention to detail and organizational prowess
Primarily Responsibilities: You will be responsible for setting up and managing Amazon ad campaigns, ad groups, etc, (including Sponsored Display, Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Product & Amazon DSP) on our Amazon Canada storefront You will research keywords, competitors, and the market for our brands, and find new keywords, including discovery and expansion You will draft up weekly reports on performance updates, recommendations, and insights You will analyze and optimize campaign performance, comparing current campaign execution strategies with new ideas to test Collaborating with clients or leadership to determine the goals of advertising projects and strategizing plans to meet those goals. Conducting or directing market research to help shape advertising campaigns. Keep up with the newest marketing trends and best practices. Use Seller Central in order to create new product listings and update existing listings, interpret data, merge listings into parent/child, and resolve Buy Box issues Navigate our internally-created spreadsheets, that are intricately but also extensively interconnected with spreadsheets from other departments (Logistics and Accounting), in order to make updates Update our processes for the listing optimization department as you navigate repetitive situations that do not yet have a clear roadmap or process Be able to use critical thinking on a daily basis in order to navigate unique situations encompassing all of the above Secondary Responsibilities Craft full-funnel affiliates and influencers program, holistically strategizing upper funnel and mid funnel influencer program and lower funnel affiliates programs. Identify new affiliates and nurture the current top partners to drive customer acquisition goals by implementing effective affiliate marketing strategies Monitor affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets efficiently. Identify and engage influencers aligned with the brand's values, negotiate partnerships, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable improvement insights for impactful influencer marketing. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Amazon PPC Advertising Manager for at least 1 or 2 years. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, influencer marketing trends, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and e-commerce platforms. Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects or teams. Excellent communication skills, leadership, and project management skills.
