Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with high valued customers.
  • Understanding customer needs preferences gaming habits to provide personalized services.
  • Be the primary point of contact for VIP customers within your segment ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Provide accurate and regular feedback and or updates based on the VIP customers profile gaming activity and experience.
  • Provide regular updates on exclusive personalized offers events and promotions.
    Retention and Loyalty
  • Implement and execute datadriven strategies to retain VIP customers to enhance their experience retain them and ensure Brand loyalty.
  • Develop and execute personalized promotional offers tailored to VIP customers.
    Resolution
  • Address and resolve customer issues accurately and effectively by following internal processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal departments to ensure quick resolution to problems experienced by VIP customers.
  • Use provided systems and tools to monitor VIP activity analyze trends and produce insights in order to make datadriven decisions.
  • Make use of data and analytics to identify opportunities for personalized engagement.
  • Collaborate internally with VIP Team Lead and departments such as VIP CRM BI Customer Support to align VIP strategies with overall business objectives and goals.
  • Provide insights and feedback on product improvements based on VIP customer feedback and experience.
  • Ensure that compliance with gaming regulation and company policies is considered and followed in all interactions with VIP customers.
  • Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly and quarterly basis in order to ensure that personal and department performance is consistently maintained.

Required experience:

  • Proven experience in Account Management Customer Relationship roles preferably in the iGaming industry would be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming and Sports betting market would be preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of iGaming Industry KPI metrics and terminology.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software communication software and other related tools would be a plus.
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge would be a plus as we work with sensitive information.

  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate VIP customers and travel to VIP events if required.
