Affiliate Bizdev Manager for Growe

Growe has been a pioneering force in the iGaming industry since its inception in 2019. Specializing in launching and developing iGaming brands in emerging markets such as Africa Asia and Latin America Growe has achieved remarkable success adding over 300 employees and 3 new locations to our map annually. Our main hubs are located in Warsaw Dubai and Cyprus with operational centers expanding into Tanzania Ghana Sao Paulo and Chile. Originally an exclusive representative for the PariMatch brand known as PMI we now represent multiple brands develop our own platform and introduce innovative payment solutions. We are on the lookout for a dynamic digital advertising specialist to join our fastgrowing team.

Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

• Develop manage and optimize affiliate campaigns;
• Develop new affiliate network and improve the performance of existing affiliates;
• Perform various marketing activities to promote partner program;
• Participate in affiliate marketing online/offline events;
• Prepare promotional assets for partners such as readytouse banners text and screenshots;
• Monitor competitors affiliate campaigns and promotions;
• Keep affiliates up to date on program and product enhancements;
• Monitor partner activities and performance including transaction checks (fraud risk unusual activities);
• Monitor affiliate activity to ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines in all online channels;
• Make sure everything is tracked correctly;
• Initiate new campaign ideas including incentivization and bonuses for the program;
• Analyze affiliate promotional performance;
• Cooperate with the business analytics department for detailed reports.

We need your professional experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate bizdev or related role;
  
• Understanding of the market (betting/gambling);
• Have a strong community connection with affiliates focused on LATAM markets;
• Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets;
• Knowledge of traffic sources payment models (CPA) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU);
• Knowledge of the basics of web analytics;
• Ability to analyze traffic and metrics and identify fraud.
