Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute a strategic plan for Instagram that aligns with Kuku FMs branding and content goals aiming to increase follower engagement and subscriber acquisition.
- Generate creative and compelling content that highlights Kuku FMs audiobooks podcasts and storytelling fostering a strong and engaged community
- Monitor and analyze Instagram metrics to inform strategy adjustments aiming for optimal performance and audience growth
- Stay updated on Instagram trends algorithm updates and best practices to ensure high visibility and engagement for our content
- Directly engage with the Kuku FM community on Instagram enhancing audience relationships through timely and meaningful interactions
- Collaborate with the Content and Marketing teams to create cohesive and impactful social media campaigns that complement overall marketing and content strategies
- Manage partnerships with influencers and other strategic partners to expand Kuku FMs reach and attract new audiences on Instagram.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Communications Marketing or a related field with a strong track record in social media management particularly on Instagram.
- At least 2 years of experience in a social media role with a focus on content creation community engagement and strategy development
- Demonstrated ability to analyze Instagram insights and translate data into actionable strategy improvements
- Creative storytelling and content creation skills with proficiency in visual content tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with experience working in crossfunctional teams to achieve shared goals
- Passion for audio content and an understanding of the audiobook and podcast market dynamics
