The Package
Salary: £40000 with OTE of £45k to £50k
Location: Field Based NW
Hours: 40 per week
Type: Permanent
Reporting to: National Sales Manager
Your Role
.
Manage and grow relationships with regional accounts.
.
Expand the customer base within specific sectors.
.
Boost sales and profits from your customer portfolio.
.
Collaborate with our commercial and operational teams.
.
Lead in identifying new opportunities.
.
Deliver compliant and financially sound tender and bid submissions.
.
Provide insights on project impacts cash flows and reporting.
.
Ensure all sales activities align with company policies.
What Were Looking For
.
Experience: 5 years in sales within the compressed air industry and proficiency in selling capital equipment and service contracts.
.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills familiarity with Microsoft Office and general IT aptitude. Knowledge of compressors HVAC pumps and mechanical engineering is a plus.

Education: Numeracy is essential; a degree in Engineering or Business or a DipCam is desirable.
.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be comfortable communicating with team members and clients at all levels.

Drive: A commitment to learning and understanding Motivairs services flexibility in work hours to meet objectives and a resultsdriven approach.

License: A full driving license is required.
