Our main business streams include Online lending KYC LaaS (lending as a service software) products and AdTech activities. Our internal MD Finance talent team has launched and managed all these verticals.
We are currently looking for an Operations manager to build and configure operational processes in the company.
Close horizontal interaction with the top managers of the company is expected.
This person will manage all processes in the company including IT Finance HR Analytics Marketing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the organization to ensure smooth functioning.
- Implement operational best practices and processes across various departments.
- Improve staff efficiency through monitoring the utilization rate and implementing KPI and bonus systems.
- Ensure resilience in business operations using task management system knowledge bases work instructions employee backups and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
- Coordinate strategic initiatives across departments.
- Lead crossdepartmental coordination efforts ensuring communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate operational process improvements to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Interface with external stakeholders such as suppliers contractors to meet business objectives.

Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum of 45 years of experience in operations management preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrable experience in implementing best practices and process improvements across multiple departments.
- Strong experience in performance management including designing and implementing KPIs and bonus systems.
- Expertise in business continuity planning.
- Proven experience in coordinating and leading strategic initiatives across various departments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana Jira or Trello and other software relevant to operations management.
- Systematic and detailoriented approach to work.
