Our client isa unique consulting firm connecting companies with investors through tailored longterm fundraising strategies. They focus on helping our clients build financial strategies and prepare for investment across various stages from preseed to Series A funding. The approach involves creating a customized investor package that extends beyond immediate needs to support clients growth over five years.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Consultant(part time 20 hours per week)with a strong financial background to manage client relations and oversee the creation of investor packages. In this role you will facilitate client onboarding refine financial templates and enhance presentation materials for investor appeal. This position is suited for a handson professional who can work independently and thrives in a highpaced remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact set up meetings and review clientsubmitted financial documents.
- Financial Review: Customize and reengineer client financials for investment pitches enhancing templates and providing valuable feedback.
- Package Preparation: Refine client presentations using our proprietary application covering KYC KYB due diligence and feasibility aspects.
- Vetting Projects: Collaborate with regional directors to vet and review projects before they reach executive review.
- Strategic Oversight: Work autonomously to ensure client packages are investmentready and aligned with investor expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10 years in finance consulting or related fields preferably with a focus on clientfacing roles.
- Financial Expertise: Proven track record in financial analysis feasibility studies and investmentrelated consulting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English able to distill complex information into clear concise and engaging presentations.
- Independence: Able to operate autonomously in a remote setup with strong organizational and entrepreneurial skills.
- Efficiency & DetailOriented: Deliver highquality work efficiently without overloading clients with unnecessary details.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working with a globally distributed team across multiple time zones.
Preferred:
- Background in client management or operations within a small company setting
