Senior Affiliate Manager for REBLL

We are looking for a SeniorAffiliate Manager in Warsaw!

As an Affiliate Manager of Eastern Europe at REBLL Network residing in (or willing to relocate to) Warsaw youll be responsible for managing relationships with Affiliates in the dating industry and identifying key opportunities for our network.

You have experience in the dating industry researching and entering a new market setting up a team and managing teams. You are detailoriented energetic communicative and commercially driven. All wrapped in a smart analytical performanceoriented package. You are a strong negotiator and you know how to get the best value from your conversations.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Traveling to trade shows/meetupsand international conferences for networking and prospecting;
• Developing maintaining and growing business with new Affiliates;
• Creating a business strategy to drive sales across the business;
• Assuring quality for our advertising partners by growing longterm relationships that deliver topnotch quality traffic;
• Understanding business objectives and providing consultative intelligent solutions that unlock revenue opportunities;
• When needed creating and managing a team of Affiliate managers and overseeing their daytoday management;
• When needed looking for business space in Warsaw to work from and to receive clients;
• Work closely with the management team of the REBLL Network HQ
• Working closely with the Account Management team to follow up on the needs of our advertising partners;
• Establishing budgets targets and commissions.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Ukrainian nationality (Ukrainian/Russian speaking);
• Already in possession of an extensive network in the dating vertical;
• Previous experience working in an account management or senior sales/affiliate managerrole;
• Knowledge of tracking platforms like Cake TUNE Voluum or similar;
• Proven track record of growing business with large customer accounts;
• Strong affinity and/or handson experience with online marketing channels (social media);
• Experience in growing managing and inspiring internal teams; strong leadership and organizational skills must be complemented by a relationshipmanagement style;
• Perform seniorlevel client negotiation and management skills with clear and substantive speaking writing and presentation skills;
• Analytical thinker who is good with numbers;
• An entrepreneurial spirit;
• Open to coming to the REBLL HQ in Amsterdam for the first 2/3 months for training purposes.
