We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Administrative Assistant. In this role you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any related field.

  • Previous experience in customer service administrative support or related field is desirable.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

  • Positive attitude team player mentality and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

  • Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building longterm relationships.



Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries requests and concerns via phone email and inperson interactions.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries resolving issues to the customers satisfaction and escalating complex issues as needed.

  • Process customer orders returns exchanges and refunds accurately and efficiently maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Coordinate with internal departments including sales logistics and finance to address customer needs and ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers fostering loyalty and repeat business through proactive communication and personalized service.

  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry filing and document management to support the customer services team and maintain accurate records.

  • Assist with order processing invoicing and billing activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement in customer service operations.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings events and customer visits including scheduling appointments arranging travel and preparing meeting materials.

  • Assist with other adhoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned by management to support departmental goals and objectives.
