Bachelors degree in any related field.
Previous experience in customer service administrative support or related field is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries requests and concerns via phone email and inperson interactions.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries resolving issues to the customers satisfaction and escalating complex issues as needed.
Process customer orders returns exchanges and refunds accurately and efficiently maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with internal departments including sales logistics and finance to address customer needs and ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers fostering loyalty and repeat business through proactive communication and personalized service.
Perform general administrative tasks including data entry filing and document management to support the customer services team and maintain accurate records.
Assist with order processing invoicing and billing activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement in customer service operations.
Coordinate logistics for meetings events and customer visits including scheduling appointments arranging travel and preparing meeting materials.
Assist with other adhoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned by management to support departmental goals and objectives.
