Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication and Understanding:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding branding projects.
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand client requirements vision and objectives for their brand identity.
  • Translate client briefs into clear design directives for the team.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead a team of graphic designers providing guidance mentorship and support throughout the design process.
  • Delegate tasks effectively based on individual strengths and project requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment to encourage innovation and idea sharing.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of branding projects from concept development to final delivery.
  • Establish timelines milestones and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with other departments or external vendors as needed to meet project requirements.
  • Brand Strategy and Design Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive branding strategies aligned with client goals and target audience.
  • Provide creative direction to ensure brand consistency across all design elements including logos typography color schemes and visual assets.
  • Review and approve design concepts providing constructive feedback to maintain quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction:
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to client specifications.
  • Solicit feedback from clients and stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction and make necessary revisions.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (1 years) in graphic design with a focus on branding and identity development.
  3. Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and visual aesthetics.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to clients and team members.
  5. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
  6. Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
  7. Knowledge of branding trends market research techniques and consumer behavior analysis.
  8. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fastpaced environment.
