We RentoMojo were founded by IITM alums and serial entrepreneurs who worked out of almost every major city in India in his first five years of corporate career. Frustrated with the hassles of relocating from one place to the other and tired of finding that perfect cluster of home essentials that suited their lifestyle.
RentoMojo caters to the needs of the working professionals which is unmet due to the nonavailability of furnished rental flats by offering furniture and appliances on rental basis thus providing more flexibility than owning the expensive furniture and appliances.
With 1000 people operations the company has a presence in 16 cities across India. Looking back Rentomojo has not only made a new market of lease which never existed for the consumer they have also become market leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the norm they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours is being copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthly PAT since Oct 2021.
ROLE: Sales Executive
LOCATION: Bengaluru
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
REPORTS TO: Sales Supervisor/Team Lead
About the role
The Presales Executive is responsible for driving sales through incoming leads generated by marketing efforts website inquiries and other channels. You will build rapport with potential customers understand their needs and present Rentomojos rental solutions in a compelling manner.
Responsibilities and Ownership:

- Qualify incoming leads and identify potential customers with genuine rental needs.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements preferences and budgets.
- Effectively present Rentomojos rental plans product offerings and value propositions tailored to individual needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and foster positive brand experiences.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Your work till now will be the first qualification that would matter to us. Other than that you should be:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in inside sales or a similar customercentric role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles negotiation techniques and closing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced targetbased sales environment.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Selfmotivated gogetter and highly energetic attitude is a plus
