1. Establish systems & standards from Global Operational Excellence Glass Business and Plant specific for WCM implementation

2. Establish clear Roadmap for WCM progress and followup of actions

3. Drive people involvement on Focused Improvement activities and Problem solving tools towards WCM initiatives

4. Ensure communications are fully deployed and answers to questions/points of clarification are given on time to deliver the required understanding and commitment to WCM.

5. Develop technical training modules based on the problem solving learnings.

6. Ensure the reports are sent on time to central and delegation teams.

7. Close Followup to achieve on time in full closure of identified Kaizens from single agenda.

8. Facilitate loss identification eradication and prevention cycle.

9. Conduct workshops training sessions and regular audits. To ensure world Class Manufacturing operating standards are designed and implemented.

10. Liaison and network with SG plants for best practices identification and implementation.
