Marketing Support
Ensure local marketing/promotion plans are executed as per schedule with adherence to
brand guidelines.
Effective promotion of our solutions through exhibitions/trade fair etc.
CRM Management and reporting:
Submit Monthly sales plan/report (Weekly sales review with Sales Director)
Ensure adherence to business plan submitted to the management.
Ensure all opportunities are captured in CRM database in coordination with internal sales.
Ensure all opportunity related activities are captured and updated on timely basis in CRM.
Sales activities and Distributor management:
To implement an agreed Budget Plan to meet the companys business goals on a monthly
quarterly and annual basis.
Plan and Make Sales calls on regular basis based on enquiry basket.
Upgradation of specification with all major consultants/customers/specifiers in line with our
features.
Ensure Positive Water is part of all consultants approved make list.
To engage and expand customer base in assigned geographies/segments.
Ensure achievement of Sales target.
Ensure all Sales activities and pipeline management are reviewed on a weekly basis.
Customer Management:
Closely work with Consultants / End Customer and contractors for project business
Meet new customers and expand our customer base.
Understand customer requirements and present product and solutions appropriately.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
Ensure any customer complaints are highlighted immediately to the local service/project
team and followup for immediate corrective action.
Work closely with the internal sales for achievement of customer satisfaction revenue
generation and longterm goals in line with companys vision and values.
