Tasks

As an Administrative and technical support agent you will provide technical support to entrepreneurs using a payment terminal. Additionally you will offer administrative support to entrepreneurs with a contract for the processing of debit card transactions. This support can be extended to both small and large businesses and will be provided via phone email and/or tickets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in the requested language
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Customerfriendly problemsolving and organized work approach.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in working with multiple customer systems.
  • Enjoying helping people and handling situations where patience and customer focus are key is important

The program offers a comprehensive 4week training for fulltime participants covering all relevant content. A buddy system is implemented for interactive learning alongside colleagues. Posttraining responsibilities for the individual will primarily involve telephone support.
