Voice and Collaboration Administrator
3 month initial contract onsite (5 days) at Denmark Hill office
Option to transition to perm role beyond 3 months or could continue to contract for 6 months.
- Need to have good experience of AV and telecoms and ideally from a 1st line support background working with M365 support. MS Teams experience is essential here.
- Working within Voice and collaboration team
- Look after meeting rooms and all equipment. There are 20 meeting rooms in the new office
- Looking after the Poly equipment which integrates in to MS Teams ()
- Troubleshooting
- Admin and resource for conference setups and maintenance
- Covering user issues and resolutions microphone maintenance
- Driving conference facilities to events where needed.
- 5 days onsite Denmark Hill
- They want someone with a keen interest / passion for Unified Comms / Telecoms / Support.
