We are looking for a Data Input Clerk to join our clients team.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is Maltas leader in Hospitality & Leisure sector.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring that invoices are in line with quotes and approved purchase orders.
- Inputting invoices.
- Other administrative duties and ad hoc reporting as required by the Financial Controller.
EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Has proven work experience in a similar position or experience in an accounting office.
- Understanding data and producing reports.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Problemsolving skills.
EDUCATION
A bachelors degree will be considered an asset.
WORKING TIME
Monday to Friday from 8:30 till 17:00 with 30 minutes break.
